METAO x CompA Design

Pursuing the mission of “helping people relive their youth for the second time”, the METAO brand distributes Japanese domestic health and beauty products to the Vietnamese consumer market. Coming to the showroom, customers not only choose a solution to improve their beauty and health, but also receive enthusiastic support and care from the METAO team to restart a new journey of experience.

The design should incorporate typical Japanese symbols such as the red circle (representing the Japanese sun) or motifs reminiscent of Japanese culture. At the same time, it should convey a sense of prestige, high class, and professionalism, suitable for health and beauty products.

The design is inspired by Japanese Zen meditation, bringing natural elements such as spring water, rocks, and green trees into the store's experience space.

Facade: The overall facade is like a work of art, expressing the brand's modernity while preserving the essence of Japanese culture. The circular motif is repeated in the design, symbolizing the harmony and perfection in Japanese culture. The large circle at the entrance serves as a visual highlight, leading the gaze from the outside to the interior space. The "METAO" logo with a simple but elegant font, accompanied by Katakana (メタオ) to emphasize its Japanese origin. The combination of English and Japanese creates an international feel, suitable for high-end brands.

Interior: The space is designed with a symmetrical layout, combined with soft curved shapes, bringing balance to the entire space. Right from the entrance is a red bridge with a bold Japanese design spanning a natural stone stream, creating an unforgettable impression from the first sight. Miniature landscapes such as lakes, rocks, and bonsai trees are cleverly arranged in the space, not only increasing the aesthetics but also bringing a feeling of closeness to nature. Demonstrating the spirit of respecting natural values ​​and bringing organic products that ensure the quality of METAO.
Materials: Natural wood and stone are used as the main materials, creating a rustic but no less luxurious look. Neutral colors such as white, cream, and light brown combine harmoniously, bringing a gentle and delicate feeling.
